Meditation is Easy

  1. Sit still enough to notice the sensations in the body.
  2. Notice the breath moving effortlessly in and out.
  3. Notice the thoughts that pass through your awareness.
  4. Notice that you are perceiving all of these things.
  5. Notice that, in order to perceive all of these things, you must be something else.

That’s it. That’s all you need to reach enlightenment.
