Love is all around

LoveWhile reading the fantastic Yoga Journal magazine, I came across an idea that really struck a chord with me:

“Every time you take leave of a friend, loved one, or acquaintance, choose parting words infused with blessing or connection – ‘take care,’ ‘namaste’ – and say them with genuine intention. Even if you simply say ‘goodbye,’ take a moment to fill the word with meaning. … Simply take a second to see that everyone you come in contact with is an expression of divine consciousness. You will soon realize the truth: Love is all around you.”

Definition of Namaste:

“I honour the place in you in which the entire Universe dwells. I honour the place in you which is of Love, Integrity, Wisdom and Peace. When you are in that place in you, and I am in that place in me, we are One.”
