Vitamin Daylight

I’ve been feeling quite lethargic lately, and a friend suggested it may be as a result of a lack of Vitamin D, owing to the shorter days and longer nights of Winter. The sun is a big provider of Vitamin D, which we absorb when sunlight touches our skin, so I plan to supplement my diet with Vitamin D tablets until the Summer rolls around again. Hopefully it will make all the difference to my energy levels. 🙂
