Amazing Practice

As a follow on from yesterday’s blog post about Disappointment, here is an amazing practice that you can implement in any moment.

Wherever you are, whoever you’re with and whatever you’re doing right now, tell yourself, “This is the most amazing moment that exists.”

Let the truth of that sink in and notice how it changes your interactions with the moment and the people you’re sharing this moment with. It’s as simple as that, but when I tried it last night, the results truly were amazing.
